The camera is great; the ease of order was great. We do have a problem with the fact that the camera's carrying case is an advertisement for Buydig.com. There was absolutely NOTHING on the web site that said we'd have to advertise for them to buy something there. Overall, I'd rate them poor for communication because of that. We should have the option to advertise - it shouldn't be automatic. We bought an Olympus Camera. If anything was on the carrying case, it should be Olympus. And not in bright blue lettering you can see from a distance.

One BIG gripe was that I bought "camera" package which included a large "high spee" compact flash card and deluxe carrying case. Well the case pretty much stinks, it hardly fits the camera. Could have gotten much better product at Walmart for the same price. The high speed card really irritated me. It is anything but high speed. The little cruddy starter card that came with the camera was MUCH quicker recording pictures. My advice, stick with EXACTLY what you know you want (know the model #) and don't get any of their extra deals. That being said the price (on the camera) was very good.

They were very thorough and fast. I had typed in the wrong expiration date when I ordered my camera but they e-mailed me right away to let me know of the mistake. Within minutes the problem had been fixed and I received my camera 2 days later!

Happy with the product, their inventory, & speed of delivery. They also informed me by email when they received the order & when they shipped it. I would buy from them again, in addition they had great prices!

Some shopping engines pointed the camera choice I made to the lower end camera choice from BUYDIG. Ended up ordering the wrong camera, and didn't realize it until I recieved it.
