What a fantastic place to order from. I can't believe I placed the order yesterday, received a confirmation of FEDEX delivery for the next day. I thought I was reading it wrong, but yes, the order arrived today, the 18th, and I paid standard FEDEX...

I've ordered from inksite.com several times. They always seem to have the lowest prices on original brand HP and Epson cartridges and they alway ship the same day I order. HP recently changed their C5011AN inkjet cartridge and renumbered it as C5011DN....

Great prices and delivery. I Rate this seller AAAA++++. the best prices I found so far on ink cartridges. Also received them in 2 days. This is the only site I'll use for ink. My friends will know about them soon.

Great company! One of the easiest and fastest transactions I've ever done. I placed an order for a set of printheads on Wednesday at 2:30 PM PST, and it was delivered on Friday at noon. I opted for the cheapest delivery, which was USPS priority, and instead they sent it UPS ground and it came faster! Also, they accept PayPal and the payment process was very easy. I have confirmation from PayPal, and I didn't have to send my credit card numbers through the Internet yet another time. I received two e-mails from Inksite, and the entire process was easy to watch by logging into their site. They get my highest rating for this transaction. I wish all businesses would do as well!

Surprisingly fast both in acknowledging order and shipping it. Website easily navigable. I only wish they had a greater variety of supplies for my all-in-one. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Inksite.com has saved me thousands of dollars in replacement cost. I use the refill inks and they are first class. I am very happy with them. I refilled one unit at 20 refills and saved over $640. The cartridge finally just gave up. They are prompt in delivery and service. All resellers should learn from these people.

I want to say thanks for your service and sales. Since I found your site on the WEB, and started using your products, I have saved thousands of dollars.
I tried other sites, which sent many products that did not even function. All of your print inks and replacements are First Class.
I have gone from getting 3 to 7 refills on an ink jet cartridge, to 20 as of my last refill. Sadly though the cartridge just plain "gave up" and I had to send it the the great ink jet grave site.
However, I did get 20 times the expected service out of it before it went. I estimate I saved over $620 dollars in replacement cost by simply refilling my units.

Seems everybody knows how great inksite is. But what they don't know is they go the extra distance to help out also. I was having problems with an Epson printer and how the combined four well cartridges run out of ink so fast. I was redirected to the owner who promised me that the Canon Pixima printer was the way to go with their individual wells. Plus generic inks that work great are less expensive. Just want to say it was the best advise I was ever given. I also bought my mother the same printer. Thank you, guys!

Inksite has excellent customer service. One of the very few companies with outstanding service. They're prices are cheap and they don't charge enormous shipping fees. On the contrary, the box indicated a shipping cost of $4.55 and they only charged me $3.85.

This is the best company I've ever worked with. Their customer service is superb. It is also accurate and timely. I have ordered from this company before and each time the experience has actually been enjoyable:-)

I have ordered from these folks for years and am always completely satisfied with their service and products. Their fast shipping is really appreciated because I live in Hawaii where that can be a big issue.

This is my 3rd or 4th order with inksite inc. I highly recommend them. Products, shipping and pricing has been very good, better than expected. My experience has been with Epson C-60 printer after market cartridges. They work good, print good and last a long time. Inksite inc. accepts PayPal payment and you get a free Tootsi-Roll pop with your shipment…what could be better than that?
