Purchased Taylor made R540 driver. Super quick delivery, accurately filled, priced right. Site was easy to use - navigate and process order.

Delivery was fast, but the box the product was in had been opened and resealed. I don't know if this was at the store or through delivery. The product was also damaged. The workout bench had been ripped in several places. They did agree to have it shipped back at their expense, but if I wanted it replaced, I had to reorder and my credit card for the initial purchase would not be reimbursed until the product was back in their warehouse.

I purchased a basketball system from Sportmart. Approximately one hour later, I found the same system $60 cheaper on another site. I called Sportmart and they assured me that they would meet the price and that I would receive the appropriate credit. I e-mailed them a few days later just to have a record for my files. I couldn't believe it when I received a response from Sportmart informing me that they have found the basketball system on another site $70 less that their sale price, and that I would be receiving the corresponding credit. I was amazed! Needless to say, they have my business from now on. It's not the $10, it's great customer service that impressed me.

It's 7 days before Christmas. I've ordered two bicycles. A boys and a girls both manufactured by Honda Racing. The boys 26" arrived without pedals. The girls 20" "Diva" model was damaged. The hole for the handlebar stem had been crushed during shipping. The only recourse by Sportmart.com (NOT Sportmart the store even though they share the same logo) for the boys was to return the entire bike with me paying the shipping of the replacement.

The girls bike I'm returning for fear it will happen again and may not arrive before Christmas. Truly not great service or track record for damage. No vote of confidence.
