I have used Stamps.com for several years. The nominal monthly fee of $4.49 made it easy for me to justify keeping the service. I got the postal scale free when I first joined, and that has been very handy for weighting larger envelopes to calculate ...

The company is designed to save you time by not having to go to the post office. You can buy your postage and supplies online and have them shipped directly to your house. It’s a good concept in theory, and if you spend a lot of time at ...

Horrendous, NON-EXISTENT Customer Service!! First off, beware of the so called "free postage" offers they give you for trying the service for 30 days. You will get your $5 bucks for the first month but, you can only send in ONE $10 postage voucher ...

It all started out well but went downhill. The setup was easy but asked too many personal questions for my taste. The program downloaded quickly and installed easily. The first hitch I ran into was that if you wanted any extra services such as ...

I actually love Stamps.com, because it is worth $15.95 to NOT have to go to the post office. I am sure it depends on where you live-- if you are in a jam-packed urban area (I live in Rogers Park Chicago), then going to the PO is a nightmarish ...

Stamps.com is difficult to call directly and what should have taken a few minutes to do (cancel my service) took 45 minutes of wait time on hold with customer service. Each time I tried to initiate a refund electronically via the internet (it is an ...

Pros: GREAT PROGRAM and Very Convenient Too Cons: None that I can think of
This is another one of those great deals.
20.00 in free postage when you sign up.
First Month service charge is waived and then it is 1.99 a month to use the service.
The convenience of this program alone sells itself.
You can print...

I had two boxes of X-mas gifts to send and wanted to just be able to drop them in the mail bin instead of standing in line at the post office for postage. I figured in this modern age we should easily be able to buy postage on the web using a credit ...

This site is a scam! They advertise a free trial period, but it can be next to impossible to get them to cancel your account whether the trial is over or not. I mailed 2 Christmas presents in December using Stamps.com, and everything went fine with ...

The registration process is misleading; they do not tell you about the $15.99 monthly service charge at the end of trial. No email confirmation on the charge either - you'll realize it only when you see the charge on your credit card. The email does ...

Stamps.com is a fledgling service that has a lot of growing up to do before it merits your attention. The software only works well if you're willing to print on specialized labels; for the most part it will not print directly on envelopes (and I tried ...

I have spent several days getting up to speed on stamps.com . A fairly nice service if you have a quality computer system with a good printer.
My frustration is the inability to print directly on a postcard 4.25x5.5 or 4x6. The holy grail of...

Pros: Great for the lazy Cons: Time consuming
I'll be honest. When I first thought about Stamps.com I thought it would be a very simple service to use, allowing me to avoid the post office and the sometimes volatile postal employees. They offered $25 in free postage and free software. The perfect...

As a brief introduction, I'm the network manager/IT manager for my office. They had purchased Stamps.com and its corresponding service prior to my employment. Mine is a sad and sordid story: First Impression I'd heard a little about ...

The fine print is hidden so much after you subscribe that trying to go back and find out what you signed up for is virtually impossible. The email regarding your signing up doesn't tell you about the monthly fee, nor does going to the "terms and ...
