Pros: Convenience, ease of use, great customer support Cons: If online service in area down, unable to use
Recommended to me by my father, I at first invariably scoffed at the need to have an online stamp service where I could print stamps "in the comfort of my own home." In an age of communication and automated services, what need for yet another...

Pros: Customer Service, No Lines Cons: Preparing InkJet printer to print postage
When I first signed up with them, I was a beta user. I didn't have any problem with the software, but made many suggestions to them on improving the product to support more than just #10 envelope. (that's what being a beta tester is about).
I...

Pros: none Cons: very poor customer service & misleading advertising
While being able to print postage from my computer was easy to do, fast and more convenient than having to go to my local post office to buy stamps, I could have just as easily ordered them by mail and avoided all the hassles that I incurred by signing...

Pros: easy to setup, good software Cons: complex pricing plan
I like Stamps.com for ease of setup and the accessibility of software. It is a software and internet service. You first have to download the software and connect to the Internet when you want to use the postal services. It can default to an address...

Pros: simple, quick and easy to use Cons: none that I know of yet
I simply hate having to make trips to the super market or post office to purchase stamps. Face it, if you live in America, you have to have postage to send in everything from bills to personal mail. So, when I received an advertisement for stamps.com...

Pros: Addresses, stamps, return addresses envelopes; helps with addressing Cons: 10% surcharge after first month; must have good printer
Stamps.com starts you off with $20 free postage, but not only that it helps you obtain the necessary postage meter license for on-line postage from the USPS, and helps you with the addressing.
I recently got married and had dozens and...

Pros: No post office lines. Order up to $500 in stamps at one time Cons: limitation on printing on postal supplied lables and not able to print just the stamp for hand written envys.
I will admit that I have tried Stamps.com and found the service GREAT with some limitations. If it were not for these limits I would still be with the service because I am at the post office 5 days a week. Oh wait I work there.. LOL
The only...

Pros: may be good for business owners? Cons: rejects many PO boxes of "large companies and utilities"
Read the fine print! What do YOU really use stamps on? Bills! Personal correspondence by mail is simply not a factor- it has been replaced by the email. Most of my bills are going to companies who want me to use their pre-addressed plastic window...

Pros: It Sure sounded good! Cons: it wasn't !!
As I sat in my place of business with my manager on one slow afternoon, two reps from Stamps.com came in to sell me "the plan". To start me off, there was a generous dollop of "free" postage, and for a mere $1.95 per month, I could...

Pros: Time saver, fast and easy to do Cons: Have to buy certain labels online.
I joined Stamps.com last month, right before Christmas. It was great. No more waiting in long lines, or trying to find change to buy stamps from a machine, or paying over $6 for a full book of stamps at the grocery store.
Stamps.com made life...

Pros: Saves you waiting in line at the Post office. Cons: Some misprints cost money if you run low on memory.
Let me say that I like Stamps.com not love it. I would support it but let me tell you the pro/con. I have been with them probably 6 to 8 months or so. The snare they got me with was the free $25.00 in postage. Before you listen to any of the other nay...

Pros: good idea Cons: poor to non-existant customer service
I tried Stamps.com like most everyone else - because of the free postage lure. I saw the offer "free $20 in postage and first month free", I thought that would be a good deal. I got my $20 in postage and tried to print a stamp. Nothing doing; I...
