I'm truly not a flower person but I do recognize that there is a time and place for them. Unfortunately, that time came up for me this summer. Very dear friends lost their child after open heart surgery.

I chose the internet service mainly for the convenience. I ordered the flowers right from work when I should have been working. At a time like that-I believe I am excused.

There was a wide selection of flowers. They offered many that were appropriate for the unfortunate occasion that our flowers called for. There was a wonderful feature on the order page. It allowed us to briefly explain the reason the flowers were being sent. I appreciated this because I wanted to alert a delivery person so that they would not anticipate a joyous time when taking the flowers to the home.

The flowers arrived exactly on time and were quite beautiful. I was very very satisfied with the overall experience.
