I would definitely shop at Vann's again. My second purchase was as smooth and hassle free as my first. I had to return one item that wasn't quite what I thought I needed. Vanns makes it really easy to return. The customer service was Great and my credit card was credited within three days. Also, the time from when I ordered to the time It was at my door was the fastest I have ever received any item I have ordered.Wish more on line stores business practices were as efficient as Vanns.

My business printer gave up during the holiday season. I had never shopped at Vanns.com, but I needed a printer at a good price and delivered fast. Wow, did they help me out. I love the Canon printer I purchased and the delivery service and timing was great. I recommend this company and will use them again.

I placed an online order and specified a delivery address that was different than my credit card address. As a fraud prevention measure I received an Email asking that I call Customer Service to confirm the order. Subsequently, my order was approved and submitted for fulfillment. I appreciate the requirement to confirm my online order as a fraud prevention measure. Thanks.

My wife and I are expecting our first child very soon and we decided it was time to order the new Samsung duo cam.I did a lot of research on the net looking at products and online companies. Vanns caught my eye based on the majority of favorable reviews, great prices and what was said about the other online retailers by customers.I did wonder a little about dealing with a company way off in Montana knowing that my cousin Vinny wouldn't help me out if something went wrong (just kidding). They seemed reputable and I think it would be better than dealing with a company say located in the Bronx, New York. I sent my order off early Thurs. morning before they opened and paid for the three day shipping(wanted some practice in case the baby came early). Looking at the tracking info (I think it has something to do with my old software saying it wasn't a secure sight)I saw that the order was processed that day and picked up in the evening by Fedex and they knocked on my door the next day (Friday). I ordered speakers from Vanns and it was really easy. I especially enjoyed them using FedEx. I was able to easy track my package and was there when the courier brought it to my door. I am still waiting for UPS to deliver items from other internet shopping from last week.

Purchased a Samsung LN-S3251D lcd display. Great price, extremely fast and free shipping, double boxed. I have purchased other items from Vanns in the past, no problems to date. I can not answer for customer service as I have been fortunate to receive damage free products.

I was very happy with my shopping experience. The order was shipped the day after the order was placed. I requested second day air, FedEx delivered it the day after it was shipped. This during the week before Christmas. The order was complete. I would definitely buy from Vanns again.

I bought a 42" Samsung HDTV from Vann's. This was my first purchase from Vann's and definably will NOT be my last. The
item was delivered much faster than I expected and exactly as ordered. They also had the best price that I could find..
Their customer service was much better than I have ever experienced anywhere else.
They are now on the top of my list for on line buying
Give them a five star out of five Rating.

I shopped (window shopped) at several sites for a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 digital camera before discovering Vanns.com. I looked over their web site and found the camera listed as being available so I called their 800 number to be sure. They confirmed the availability so I ordered the camera and some other items in the A.M. and they shipped the same day. Everything went exactly as they said it would. I'll certainly shop with them the next time I need (or want!) a product they sell. Very pleasant people to deal with!

I have to give 5 stars to Vanns--I have been waiting for three months for this product (which I pre-paid) to arrive,FROM A LOCAL ELECTRONICS STORE only to receive excuse, after excuse. At Vann's I ordered the same speaker, and a day later it is on the way. What happened to the "production can't meet demand?" the 'Ultimate' store was feeding me? (actually, they have given my pre-purchased speaker away at least once already.)

I have purchased from Vann's before and it was a pleasure. This time it was terrible! I ordered online for in store pickup and go to the local store on the day they said it would be ready. It wasn't there. I asked the store guys to have someone call me about it, no one ever did. I sent an e-mail asking what the status was. I got the automatic reply about they care deeply and I will hear from them ASAP. Never heard another word. I sent a second e-mail and got the same response. I finally call their customer service line and get put on hold forever. I had to hang up and call back again. Then, the customer service rep blames the local store for the problem. Why is the local store responsible for online ordering???
Very disappointed. If I didn't push the issue, Vann's would have never sent me the item. (I did finally get it, a long time afterward.)

POOR PRODUCT QUALITY - HORRIFIC COSTUMER SERVICE

I purchased my television from Vanns, and returned to buy my speaker system and receiver, a choice that I regret wholeheartedly. Not only did the system itself disappoint in its sound quality, the sales team misled and condescended in their response to the problem. The boxes used to ship the product were used, and passed off as new. I called to speak with costumer service who advised me to send the product back at my own cost - 200 DOLLARS LATER in shipping charges and no system to listen to my television - I will NEVER USE THIS WEB SERVICE AGAIN, and advise anyone considering their great "deals" to keep into consideration the fact that you must deal with a montana based company that has no regard for their customers satsifaction.

I purchased a 57" rear projection TV from Vanns and was very impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the merchandise, I paid well below the market price in the dallas area plus I didn't have to pay sales tax. I rate Vanns five stars.

Vann's lives up to the reviews!

I chose Vann's not so much for the price (although it was very reasonable) but for the reviews. I did not want a replay of some other experiences I've had with online camera shops. Bad experiences.
I bought a dsc-p200 from them. In red. But when my confirmation email arrived, it said I had pre-ordered. I looked back on the website and indeed, they were out of stock. So I called up customer service. The person answering asked for my name, how he could help, I explained the situation, he switched me to a silver model and that was the end of it.
Wow.
Then I got another email and noticed the price had changed as well. Right after that I got mail saying my product had shipped.
I called up Customer service again, they looked up the order, noticed the price difference, admitted fault, and refunded the difference. Literally as simple as that.
I would strongly recommend Vann's to anyone looking for a relaxing, no-hassle internet shopping experience.
