This was my first major purchase online. I was skeptical at first, but after talking to the sales associate I was comfortable in doing business with Vann's. I purchased the Pioneer Elite Plasma along with the Yamaha YSP-800 and Monster HKS 3500 MK II. I was able to negotiate a deal on one of the items and to my surprise SHIPPING WAS FREE! More importantly ON TIME! I told my friend who was also looking for a plasma and I told him about Vann's. All this sounds corny or to good to be true, but you have to buy from them to believe it yourself.

I purchased a Panasonic FZ50 camera from Vanns. It was one of the best online purchasing experiences I have had. They are great at providing info about your order status. Shipping costs are some of the lowest I have seen ($11.00 for 2day air). I ordered in the afternoon and it was shipped out same day. I would have used Vanns for more purchases if only that had some of the accessories I was looking for, but I would recommend them for sure. You might find a lower price somewhere else, but shipping costs and great service will more than make up the difference.

They triple checked my identity and the reason of the different shipping address (I guess trying to prevent fraud; not a problem for me!), after that everything perfect!, super fast shipping...

I was a little leery of ordering a big ticket item from an online store (Samsung LN-S4692D LCD HDTV), but I was completely blown away. I placed my order on Thursday late afternoon, it was shipped on Friday and the TV was delivered Monday morning in the Chicagoland area. I figured free shipping would at least take a few days. Fedex would have a hard time beating this. They sent 4 emails letting me know the status of my order. The set arrived in perfect condition, if I had known it would arrive this fast I would have scheduled the cable guy sooner. I can't wait to hook up this beautiful set.

At the time I placed by order from Vann's, I forgot to order an item and called them the following morning. I explained my dilemma and the customer representative was most helpful, adding the additional item to my order without any hesitancy. I just received my order from Vann's, and not only was it received on the date promised, the order was complete with both items ordered. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding on line supplier. This is the third time I have purchased items from Vanns. Ordered 46in HDTV 10/4/7, order confirmed 10/4, shipped 10/5 and received on 10/8. Ordered Blu-Ray DVD player 10/25, order confirmed 10/25,shipped 10/26, received 10/29. Ordered Sony digital camera on 12/17, order confirmed, shipped and tracking info received 12/17. Delivery scheduled for 12/20. No pressure sales calls and no problems. Vanns reduced their published prices shown for the HDTV and the BLU-Ray DVD player within Fourteen days from the time I had placed my orders for these items. I called their Customer Service concerning this and they immediately adjusted my account to reflect the reduced prices. FIVE BIG STARS for sure.

I ordered a convection/microwave on the 13th and received it at my home on the 16th. The on-line ordering was fast and easy. They kept me informed every step of the way. It arrived in the factory carton as described. I would gladly order from Vann's.com again.
